Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule

• All orders will be shipped from Japan within 2 weeks, unless otherwise specified.
• Shipping carriers are FedEx, DHL, or EMS, unless otherwise specified.
• We are unable to ship products during the following holiday periods:
  • August 10th – 18th (Summer Vacation)
  • December 25th – January 5th (New Year Holidays)

Shipping Costs

• Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be added at checkout.
• Please check the shipping cost during the checkout process.
• Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas.

Customs & Import Taxes

• Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the buyer's responsibility. For a full explanation of duties, HS codes, and how charges are collected, please see our Customs & Duties page.

Cancellations

• We do not accept cancellations after we have made arrangements to ship the product.
