Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule

  • All orders will be shipped from Japan within 2 weeks, unless otherwise specified.

  • Shipping carriers are FedEx, DHL, or EMS, unless otherwise specified.

  • We are unable to ship products during the following holiday periods:

    • August 10th – 18th (Summer Vacation)

    • December 25th – January 5th (New Year Holidays)

Shipping Costs

  • Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be added at checkout.

  • Please check the shipping cost during the checkout process.

  • Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas.

Customs & Taxes

  • Customs duties, consumption taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • The amount of customs duty and consumption tax is not fixed at the time of order but will be determined at the time of customs clearance.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.

  • We are unable to provide detailed information regarding customs duties, taxes, or clearance procedures. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please contact the customs authorities in your country.

  • If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned, we will refund the product price excluding shipping costs and any handling fees.

Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations after we have made arrangements to ship the product.
